Insurance

The Rose Center accepts most major insurance carriers, including Medicare, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, workers' comp, automobile and most private insurances. Because insurance coverage is specific to each individual plan, we are unable to finalize any cost per visit until after we submit billing claims to the insurance provider. Our billing staff will do a verificatioin of eligibility with the insurance company prior to a visit to determine current coverage. We also highly recommend each patient verify physical therapy coverage prior to attending a session as well. Any applicable annual deductible, co-pay and/or co-insurance that an individual plan requires is the responsibility of each patient.
